Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will report to the Director, Business Development while also lending assistance to other members of executive management. This includes scheduling and calendar management, travel coordination, project support, and expense reconciliation. In this role you must demonstrate a high level of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality in your relationships with all levels of management, employees, and clients.
