    Executive Assistant

    Boston (Google Map)

    The Executive Assistant will report to the Director, Business Development while also lending assistance to other members of executive management.  This includes scheduling and calendar management, travel coordination, project support, and expense reconciliation. In this role you must demonstrate a high level of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality in your relationships with all levels of management, employees, and clients.

    Duties Include:
    • Manage Outlook calendars by scheduling internal and external appointments, meetings and conference calls

    • Coordinate travel with our preferred vendor
    • Prepare, submit and reconcile expense reports
    • Collect and Compile information for meetings in Microsoft Excel
    • Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
    • Occasionally organize lunches and other duties as needed
    Qualifications:
    • College degree required
    • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Outstanding customer service skills, strong work ethic and strong attention to detail
    • Ability to demonstrate creativity, flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced environment

    Account Manager

    The account manager works within an account team dedicated to our key clients. This role requires high visibility, ongoing engagement with client contacts at multiple levels, a thoughtful approach to client service and an ability to identify new business opportunities, engage internal and external resources, and present strategic and creative deliverables.

    Our most successful candidates have a degree, impeccable communication skills, and three years of relevant experience in client service in the exhibits, meetings or agency/pharmaceutical arena. Experience with interactive media, workflow management and event marketing is particularly valued.

    Graphic Designer

    We are currently seeking a forward-thinking graphic designer to help us shape the future of our creative department. 
     
    As a member of the design innovation team you will create collateral, 2D design solutions, cutting edge interactive presentations, work closely with clients to deliver to their outcomes, offer conceptual solutions based on market strategy and become a driving force within the company.
     
    We’re looking for a visual communicator with passion, attention to detail, drive and enthusiasm. Someone who is committed to learning, growing, working at something they care about and reaching the highest levels of success. 
     
    The successful applicant will have at least five years of work experience in the tradeshow industry with particular focus on page layout, presentation design and motion graphics. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.  We’re looking for someone with precision detail and progressive ideas. 
     
    Also required are the following:
    • Ability to own the process from concept through delivery
    • Proficiency in CS5, Microsoft Office, Final Cut Pro and Keynote
    • Proficiency creating graphic solutions for 2D, 3D and multi-media projects
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
