Michael Yag – owner, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mike founded Access TCA in May 1985 and is very involved in all aspects of the company. He has also co-founded several complementary companies, including M2 OnStage, Green Orb and Access TCA Limited. Prior to founding Access, Mike held positions in marketing and sales for NCR, Nashua Corporation and Polaroid. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree at Miami University and his MBA at Suffolk University.
Linda Davis – CFO, Director and Treasurer. Linda joined Access in 1986 and has held several positions in the company, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Presently Linda is a member of Access’ Board of Directors. She also sits on the Boards of Directors for Access’ sister companies, M2 OnStage and Green Orb. Linda earned a bachelor’s degree in education at Worcester State College. Linda’s philosophy is: no one’s position at Access is less important than anyone else’s. This philosophy has been time tested at Access and has evolved into the company’s internal mantra.
Bruce Morrow – Chief Creative Officer. Bruce has brought his unique brand of marketing communications to corporate clients in diverse industries across the globe. From his first job selling carnival games for company picnics to his 25 years in sales and marketing communications, Bruce has always asked clients the same question first: If you could have what you want, what would it be? He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Jon Ellms – Vice President/Principal, part-owner and board member. Jon works closely with his team on long-range planning, strategic direction and account planning. He brings strategic and tactical expertise from 18 years of supporting healthcare convention programs and is also responsible for ensuring that the unique needs of Access’ healthcare clients are represented to senior management. Jon joined Access in 1996 after six years managing pharmaceutical accounts for Giltspur/Boston. He holds a bachelor’s degree in French from UMass/Amherst with a minor in computer science.
Mich Gunderman – Vice President of Creative Services. Mich is an 18-year veteran of creative process, design and branding. Since 2005, she has served as Access’ creative director and account supervisor for some of Access’ brand-name clients. As vice president of creative services, Mich oversees the three-dimensional, graphic design and graphic production departments. She also continues to supervise the accounts of select clients. In addition to managing and inspiring design teams, Mich taught creative thinking, design and photo journalism at Brooks Institute of Photography and the School of Media Arts in Santa Barbara, Calif. Mich earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning.
Barbara Mock – Vice President of Event Production. Barbara has been planning and managing meetings and conventions for over 24 years both on the “client” side with Coburn Optical Industries and Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals and on the “supplier” side, most recently with M2 Creative, which Access acquired in early 2010. She oversees all areas of production at Access, including meetings, events, housing and registration, exhibit fabrication, graphic production and warehousing. Barbara holds a bachelor’s degree in education from West Chester University.
Lane Andrews – Vice President of Marketing. Lane is an established strategic marketer with 20 years of integrated marketing experience, leading teams to success in advertising, television and corporate communications. He has an extensive consultative history advising senior management on cross-channel campaign, identity and product development, and has provided creative direction, idea generation and technical integration for brands including Marriott, Cetaphil, Chick-Fil-A, Immucor, Cox Communications, Worldspan, USHER, the WB and the Georgia Lottery. He is a former client of Access where he managed exhibits, events, and digital efforts for Immucor, Inc. His results have been internationally recognized by organizations including ARC, The New York Festivals and the Emmys. Lane earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the University of Georgia.
