The senior account manager leads the account teams dedicated to several of Access' key healthcare clients. This role requires high visibility, ongoing engagement with client contacts at multiple levels, a thoughtful, strategic approach to client service and an ability to identify new business opportunities, engage internal and external resources, and present of strategic and creative deliverables.
The senior account manager will work closely with the creative director to package and present creative campaigns and deliverables. He or she will also work with the account director in charge of business development to identify and pursue incremental new business opportunities by carefully assessing needs and cultivating key relationships within the organization.
Our most successful candidates have a degree, impeccable communication skills, and six years of relevant experience in client service in the exhibits, meetings or agency/pharmaceutical arena. Experience with interactive media, workflow management and event marketing is particularly valued.
