Snaidero makes high-end cabinetry for ultra-modern kitchens and baths. When the company asked Access TCA to turn a 3D drawing of a self-supported piping sculpture into a focal point for its showroom, John Tetreault, manager of Specialty Fabrications, accepted the challenge.
After isolating each tubing structure in the architect’s plan, his team generated a design that brought the vision to life and seemingly allowed the pipes to dance through the air. Access’ Specialty Fabrication department built a seamless structure that appeared to defy gravity, with no fasteners or cables for support and no visible hardware and securing it to the floor. The free-form feature continues to draw curious passers-by from the street into the showroom, where they discover the Snaidero brand. The client remains thrilled with the outcome.
