What is the economic state of the convention industry, and what does it mean for convention budget management?
 
The Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR) published a report in November 2010 showing that attendance, net square footage, numbers of exhibitors and revenues have all increased by at least 5.5 percent over 2009.
 
This is good news, but it’s not time to celebrate yet.
