Michael Yag

Michael Yag, owner and chief executive officer, founded Access TCA in May 1985. As CEO, he remains involved in all aspects of the company. He has also co-founded several complementary companies, including Access Meetings and Events, M2 OnStage, Green Orb and Access TCA Limited. Prior to founding Access, Mike held positions in marketing and sales for NCR, Nashua Corporation and Polaroid.

Mike earned his bachelor’s degree at Miami University and his MBA from Suffolk University.

Jon Ellms is the vice president, principal, and partner in the organization. He is also responsible for Access’ healthcare practice. For the past 17 years, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in the area of account services. Prior to joining Access in 1996, he was employed by Giltspur/Boston as part of its healthcare team. Jon is a member of various healthcare organizations, including the Healthcare Marketing Council. In addition, he has been a featured speaker and session leader at several industry conferences.

Jon earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.
