The Access leadership team is what you might expect at one of the most entrepreneurial, innovative event marketing organizations. Dedicated to bringing the best solution for each client in the face-to-face environment, Access has attracted talent from across the spectrum of industry experience, keeping our approach to our work fresh and perceptive.

Access’ leadership is external as well as internal. Access is an industry partner with the Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association (HCEA), supporting one of the most important segments of our client base. Amy Sondrup, president, sits on the board of the Exhibit Designers & Producers Association (EDPA) and is also a member of the EXHIBITORLIVE Conference Advisory board. Access leadership also participates in fostering design talent, working with academic programs at both Bemidji State in Minnesota and FIT in New York.

Mike Yag


Chairman, CEO Read Bio + CONNECT
By merging his interest in architecture and design with his marketing acumen, Michael Yag, CEO and founder of Access, launched a company that started with a regional focus and is now a global force in the exhibit and events industry. Under Mike’s leadership, Access experienced solid organic growth in an era where other companies grew by acquisition. As a result, client and employee retention is the backbone of the company’s success. In addition to being chairman of the Access board, Mike sits on the boards of M²OnStage, Nuvista, and New Jobs for Massachusetts, a non-profit group that is dedicated to keeping jobs—and businesses—in the state.

Jon Ellms


Vice President, Principal Read Bio + CONNECT
Now in his third decade of helping healthcare exhibitors succeed at convention marketing, Jon Ellms, Vice President, Principal, has managed programs for incubator companies with a single product in clinical trials as well as for industry giants such as Amgen, Novo Nordisk, Celgene and other companies with extensive global reach. A visionary, Jon is the mentor and director of Access’ healthcare practice and has recruited team members who question the status quo, understand challenges before suggesting solutions, and produce results for clients, bringing both strategic and tactical excellence. Considered a thought leader in the healthcare industry, Jon has been an active member of Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Associations (HCEA) for more than 20 years and has often spoken at that association’s Annual Meeting. A graduate of Bucknell University, Jon is a board member and minority shareholder in the company.

Scott Williams


Senior Vice President, Client Services Read Bio + CONNECT
Scott Williams, Senior Vice President, Client Services, possesses the vision and experience to foster the continued excellence of Access’ client services organization. With an impressive career at major companies in the exhibit industry, Scott has hands on experience with key global accounts and has worked in divisional management, corporate development, operations and production. Before moving to the face to face world, he had an extensive career in finance and operations. He holds an MBA from the University of Hartford, Hartford CT, an advanced graduate business certificate in operations management from Bentley University, Waltham MA, and is a CPA.

Ken Konicki


Vice President, Finance Read Bio + CONNECT
Ken Konicki, Vice President, Finance, leads the accounting, estimating, and purchasing teams at Access. His role encompasses general accounting, financial reporting/analysis, budgeting, project estimating, and procurement. Ken’s background is in accounting and finance, working as controller and director of accounting and reporting for more than two decades in the general merchandise, specialty food, and auto aftermarket wholesale distribution industries. He holds a BA and an MBA from Nichols College in Dudley, MA. Lest you think Ken is just another number cruncher, when he’s not working on the financial statements, he plays bass guitar in a classic rock band.

Tom Gardner


Director, Human Resources Read Bio + CONNECT
Tom Gardner, Access’ human resource manager, is a talented professional in what is becoming a critical function in corporate America. His experience within multiple industry sectors—pharma, manufacturing, retail and tech among others—is a perfect fit for Access’ client base. With abilities ranging from recruiting strategies and training to implementing policies and processes, Tom possesses the insight and interpersonal skills needed to coach and motivate employees. He sees the evolution of the HR role as one of the most compelling facets of corporate governance, and it was the focus of his Master’s Degree in Management from Lasell College.

Amy Sondrup


President Read Bio + CONNECT
Amy Sondrup is President at Access, where her responsibilities include the day to day oversight of operations, corporate strategy and marketing. She is also a member of the company’s board of directors as well as the board of Nuvista. Amy holds a BA from Westminster College and an MA from the University of Utah. Before joining Access, she taught U.S. History and Western Civilization at Westminster College. Amy is an active HCEA member and sits on the board of Exhibit Designers & Producers Association (EDPA). She lives in Providence, RI with her husband.

Heidi DeGrazia


Chief Financial Officer Read Bio + CONNECT
Heidi DeGrazia, CFO, brings to Access more than two decades of financial expertise with a strong acumen for business strategy, operational excellence, and information technology. She has a foundation in Big Four audit with specialties in discrete manufacturing, cost and profitability analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, holding a CMA designation, and supports her alma mater, Nichols College, as a member of the Board of Advisors and through numerous volunteer opportunities.

Stephen Ross


Vice President, Creative Read Bio + CONNECT
Stephen Ross, Vice President, Creative, has been generating unique design solutions across industries for more than two decades. His work includes exhibits and experiential marketing as well as point-of-sale material, advertising programs, and consumer product packaging. Stephen has won awards both for graphic and for 3D design, and he has collaborated on innovative brand promotions for companies such as IBM, Motorola, Disney, Eddie Bauer, Jaguar/Land Rover, Bard, Celgene and Genzyme. Stephen holds a BA in graphic design from Bridgewater State University and leads the Access design team in developing creative strategies for clients.

Dean Cerrati


Director, Production Read Bio + CONNECT
Dean Cerrati, Director, Production, leads the production and warehouse teams at Access. After almost 22 years at Access, Dean has hands-on experience in almost every department, a deep understanding of our entire project workflow process, and an inherent knowledge of the proprietary system applications that drive and support these processes. He focuses his daily efforts on a commitment to project efficiencies and building relationships, ultimately resulting in a high quality finished product. Dean is a talented wildlife photographer and enjoys anything to do with the outdoors, particularly hiking New Hampshire's White Mountains.
