While our program management teams make sure your exhibit is perfect at show opening, we have another department that arranges details away from the booth: details such as sponsorships, industry and association relations, housing, registration, meeting rooms, or off-site events like thought leader dinners or symposia.

Among our services, we offer help in show selection, space selection, and budget management. We are on show site to assess attendance, audience, and competitive positioning. Our long-standing relationships with show organizers and associations allow us to advocate for you. We help you choose a sponsorship that enhances your brand, not merely one from a list provided by the organizer. If the sponsorship you want isn’t on that list, we will help you approach the organizer to create one that resonates with your message.
When you are responsible for a large (or even a small or medium-sized) contingent from your company at a show, you can count on us to arrange housing, registration, and transportation. We can do everything from making restaurant reservations to orchestrating a meeting for thought leaders in your specialty area.

These thought leaders are busy people and rarely available in their everyday environments. While the possibility of an online forum exists, they prefer face-to-face encounters and sharing. Some of them know each other already and welcome the free flow of ideas.
